How We Work
From Vision to Reality.
Every Espazio project follows a rigorous, collaborative process — designed to protect your investment, eliminate surprises, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
We do not hand you off to a project manager after the sale. The same team that designs your space engineers it, builds it, and installs it. That continuity is not a selling point — it is the only way to achieve the level of precision our clients expect.
Consultation
Week 1
We begin with a comprehensive consultation at your home or project site. We listen first — understanding your lifestyle, aesthetic vision, functional requirements, and the architecture of the space. No templates, no assumptions.
- On-site or virtual meeting with our design lead
- Review of architectural plans and existing conditions
- Discussion of materials, finishes, and hardware preferences
- Preliminary scope and timeline overview
Measurements & Site Analysis
Week 1–2
Our team conducts a precise field measurement of every surface, opening, and structural element. We document ceiling heights, wall conditions, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, and any architectural constraints that will inform the design.
- Laser-precise field measurements
- Coordination with GC, architect, and trades
- Documentation of existing conditions
- Identification of structural and mechanical constraints
Design Development
Weeks 2–4
Our designers develop full 3D renderings and detailed elevation drawings of your space. You will see exactly what your cabinetry will look like — every panel, every profile, every material — before a single piece is built.
- Full 3D photorealistic renderings
- Detailed elevation and section drawings
- Material and finish sample presentation
- Iterative design review until approved
Engineering & Production Drawings
Weeks 4–6
Once design is approved, our engineering team produces complete production drawings — every component dimensioned, every joint detailed, every hardware specification confirmed. This is where precision becomes permanent.
- CNC-ready production drawings
- Hardware and accessory specifications
- Structural and load calculations where required
- Final material and finish confirmation
Manufacturing
Weeks 6–14
Your cabinetry is produced in our facility using precision CNC equipment and premium materials. Every component is built to exact specification, finished to your approved samples, and quality-checked before it leaves our facility.
- CNC precision cutting and machining
- European lacquer and specialty finish application
- Hardware installation and quality inspection
- Staged assembly and pre-fit verification
Installation
Varies by scope
Our installation team — the same people who engineered your project — arrives on-site with every component pre-built and pre-finished. We work cleanly, precisely, and in close coordination with your GC and other trades.
- Coordinated scheduling with general contractor
- Protected, clean installation environment
- Precision leveling, scribing, and fitting
- On-site adjustments and fine-tuning
Final Walkthrough & Delivery
Project close
We do not consider a project complete until you do. Our final walkthrough is a thorough review of every surface, every drawer, every door — with you present. Any adjustment is addressed before we leave.
- Comprehensive punch-list walkthrough with client
- Hardware adjustment and final calibration
- Care and maintenance guidance
- Warranty documentation and ongoing support
